Open Positions:

🌱 Lawn & Landscape Foreman
Full-time, year-round position
Pay: $18–$26/hour (based on training & experience

What You’ll Do:

Lead crews and keep projects running smoothly
Manage workflow, tools, vehicles, and record keeping
Train new team members
Fill in on jobs when needed
Keep shop and equipment in top shape
 
🚜 Lawn Maintenance Technician
Full-time position
Pay: $18–$26/hour (based on training & experience)

What You’ll Do:

Mow lawns at residential, HOA, and commercial properties
Trim, edge, and clean up properties
Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other equipment
Perform routine equipment maintenance and minor repairs
Safely drive crews to and from jobs
Step into landscaping work as needed
 
🌿 Landscape Laborer / New Construction
Full-time position
Pay: $18–$26/hour (based on training & experience)

What You’ll Do:

Install plants, trees, shrubs, rock, mulch, patios, walkways, and irrigation systems
Follow landscape designs and work orders
Trim, prune, and maintain outdoor spaces
Handle equipment and machinery safely
Perform physically demanding work (lift/move 50+ lbs)
Assist crew and keep projects on track
